Privacy notice
Last updated 6 October 2026
The Partner Hub is a private website where Quadrant’s commercial partners see and manage their partnership with us. This notice explains what personal information it uses and why. Quadrant Esports Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 12664905), registered office 58A Bronsart Road, Fulham, London SW6 6AA, is the controller. Contact us about privacy at felix@quadrant.gg.
This notice covers the Partner Hub only. For quadrant.gg and our online shop, see our website privacy policy.
What we use
- Your account: your name, work email, company, access level and the date you last signed in.
- What you do in the portal: your approvals, answers, comments and ticket requests, recorded with your name.
- Guest names you give us for hospitality. Please tell your guests you’re sharing their names with us. Don’t enter dietary, medical or access needs in the portal; we’ll ask for those privately.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages requested, kept briefly in our hosting provider’s logs to run and protect the site.
We don’t use passwords, analytics, advertising or tracking.
Why
To run our partnership with your company: showing you deliverables, recording decisions, arranging tickets and hospitality, and emailing you sign-in links and updates. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing our commercial partnerships.
Who else is involved
We use these service providers, under contracts that protect your data:
- monday.com stores portal data.
- Vercel hosts the website (servers in London).
- Resend sends our emails (United States).
Where data goes outside the UK, it’s protected by UK adequacy decisions or the UK’s approved data transfer safeguards.
We share guest names with venues and organisers only when needed to arrange your tickets.
How long we keep it
Your access ends when you leave your company or the partnership ends, and we delete your account within three months after that. We delete guest names within three months of the event. Partnership records are kept in line with our normal contract records policy.
Cookies
- qph_session keeps you signed in for 14 days.
- qph_flash shows a one-off confirmation message and lasts 8 seconds.
Both are strictly necessary, so we don’t ask for consent. We don’t use any other cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing felix@quadrant.gg. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
